Dale Moss has publicly spoken about his recent split from Clare Crawley.

Moss was a contender on Crawley’s season of The bachelorette, which aired last year. They ended up leaving together as an engaged couple just two weeks later, prompting ABC to call in Tayshia Adams to take charge.
In January, Moss announced that the two had decided to quit. Crawley, in turn, later claimed that she “had been made aware of a” mutual “statement at the same time” as the fans and had been “crushed”.
However, they quickly got back together and made their reconciliation official on Instagram in April.
On September 28, PEOPLE confirmed that the couple had separated again, with a source claiming it was “mutual”.

Two days later, Crawley broke her silence on Instagram, posting a photo of her hand intertwined with that of her mother. Fans noticed that Heringer, 26, was tagged in the post, which sparked rumors about Moss and the Baccalaureate in paradise Star.
The label has since been removed. Heringer’s rep did not respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment, and she did not respond to speculation.

On Saturday, Crawley thanked fans for their support, admitting in a post on her Instagram Story that she was struggling but doing her best to take care of herself.
“It takes a lot to get me to my knees… But damn this week pushed me to this point,” she wrote. “One thing I refuse to do is stay downstairs. I’ll be damned [sic] if i let it all get carried away then in the midst of it all i take action even though [they] are small. I’m going to eat good food, drink water, and manage it the best I can. “
