Dallas Cowboys: NFC Post-Season Tracker East: Giants Surprise by Trading OBJ, Adrian Peterson Returns to Washington, and More

Philadelphia Eagles

Additions / extensions

March 11 – Signature of $ 30 million three-year deal with DT Malik Jackson (ESPN reports)
Jackson signed a $ 85.5 million six-year deal with the Jaguars in 2016, but was released this season. Jackson scored 32.5 sacks in seven years in the league.

March 11 – traded for WR DeSean Jackson.
The former Eagle has returned to Philadelphia. Jackson spent the first six years of his career with the Eagles, totaling 356 receptions, 6,117 yards and 32 touchdowns. He averages 17.4 yards per receiving for his 11-year career. The Eagles sent a sixth-round pick in 2019 in exchange for Jackson and a seventh pick from 2020. Adam Caplan reports Jackson gets a new deal with Philadelphia for three years, $ 27 million and $ 15 million in guarantees.

March 11 – Extension of one year to attack Jason Peters.
ESPN reports that the transaction amounts to $ 10 million. Peters has played 15 seasons in the NFL, the last 10 in Philadelphia.

March 4 – Three-year extension of the custody of Isaac Seumalo.
NBC Philadelphia reporter Rueben Frank reports the average extension of $ 5.63 million. Seumalo was in the final year of his rookie contract. He was selected in the third round (No. 79 in total) by Philadelphia in 2016.

March 2 – Extension of one year, $ 11 million from the center of Jason Kelce.
The center was already under contract with Philadelphia for the 2019 season. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the extension gives Kelce the highest average annual salary of any NFL center.

March 1 – DE Brandon Graham signs a new contract for $ 40 million over three years.
the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Graham will earn $ 27 million in the first two years of the extension. Graham has accumulated 42.5 bags in nine years of career. Seven of these bags, as well as 48 combined tackles, 12 tackles for a loss and 17 hits as quarterback, clashed against the Cowboys.

March 12 – did not extend LB Jordan Hicks.
NFL Network and ESPN report that the linebacker has signed a four-year, $ 36-million deal with the Arizona Cardinals. This is good news for the Cowboys because Hicks has tormented the team during his four years with Philadelphia. Four of his seven interceptions were against Dallas. He also fractured Tony Romo's left collarbone in 2015.

March 11 – Refusal of franchise mark and inability to exchange data with quarterback Nick Foles.
The most valuable Super Bowl player will leave the division to join the Jacksonville Jaguars. Albert Breer from Sports Illustrated announces a four-year contract of $ 88 million for the quarter. Adam Schefter from ESPN Foles reports gets $ 50.125 million guaranteed.

March 8 – Traded from Michael Bennett to the New England Patriots.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the Eagles receive a fifth and seventh round pick in the 2020 draft for the defensive end. Bennett spent a year with the Eagles counting nine sacks (including 3.5 against Dallas).

March 4 – Option denied $ 11 million on DT Tim Jernigan.
Jernigan was a second-round pick of the Baltimore Ravens in 2014. He spent two years in Philadelphia, playing in 18 games and totaling 2.5 sacks.

Washington Redskins

Additions / extensions

March 13 – Offensive signing Adrian Peterson signed for a two-year extension.
Peterson's resuming career continues in South America with a reported contract of $ 8 million a year. Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of the NFL network.

March 11 – Landon Collins Signed Security Agreement Signs $ 84 Million Contract Over Six Years
The duration of the transaction is via ESPN. Since he was the 33rd overall pick in the NFL draft in 2015, Collins had spent four years with the New York Giants. According to ESPN, Collins' new deal is for an annual average of $ 14 million, which would be the highest amount of NFL collateral.

8 March – Exchanged for the Keenum quarterback.
The Redskins sent a sixth round pick to Denver for the seven-year veteran. This will be Keenum's sixth different team since the 2014 season. The Cowboys are one of seven teams Keenum has never faced in his career.

March 12 – did not extend OL Ty Nsekhe.
The five-year veteran from the state of Texas heads for the Buffalo Bills, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Mike Roday, journalist at ESPN's Bills, declares the transaction amounts to $ 14.5 million, with $ 7.5 million guaranteed.

March 12 – Do not extend LB Preston Smith.
Josina Anderson of ESPN reports The Green Bay Packers are giving Smith $ 52 million over four years with a $ 16 million guarantee. In four years with the Redskins, he played 64 games with 24 sacks.

March 11 – Jamison Crowder wide receiver.
According to ESPN, the general public has signed a $ 28.5 million three-year contract with the Jets. Crowder was with the Redskins for four seasons. Last year, he clocked a career highlight in contested games, receptions, and yards and tied a career touchdown point.

New York Giants

Reggie Wayne of the NFL Network reports that the 34-year-old security player will play his 14th season with the Giants. Matt Lombardo reports from NJ Advance Media a two-year contract for Bethea. Safety reached a career high with 121 tackles last season with the Cardinals. He is 35 years old in July.

March 11 – Re-signed OL Spencer Pulley for a $ 9.6 million contract over three years, according to Newsday.
He has appeared in 45 games in three seasons with the Giants.

March 8 – traded for guard Kevin Zeitler.
The giants sent DE / LB Olivier Vernon to Cleveland for the seven-year veteran. Zeitler has played 104 games in his career (he has made five out of 16 total) and has been ranked sixth best guard for the 2018 season, according to Pro Football Focus.

March 12 – The giants exchanged Odell Beckham Jr. for the Cleveland Browns.
Mike Garafolo of the NFL network first reported the news. The Browns send out their first-round pick in 2019, their second-choice third-round and the Jabril Peppers of safety in New York.

March 11 – Did not extend the security Landon Collins.

March 8 – Traded DE / LB Olivier Vernon to the Browns of Cleveland.
There are still two years left in Vernon for his $ 85 million contract that he initially signed with New York in 2016 for 85 years. He played 39 games with the Giants, collecting 22 sacks (4.5 against the Cowboys).
