According to ABC News, the father of a boy who was allegedly killed by his own mother and his own sister in a horrific mass murder speaks. Damon Decree The former wife Shana Decret, 45, and their daughter Dominique Decret, 19, are accused of killing Monday Damon Decree Jr, the 13-year-old boy of Shana, and four other members of their family in a Pennsylvania apartment. According to the police, Shana and Dominique initially blamed the murders on strangers, but then told the police "that all the occupants of this apartment, including the nine-year-olds and the thirteen-year-olds, wanted to die," according to police. court documents.
