Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell continued to show off his brilliant personality during a press conference with reporters on Tuesday.
He praised former GM Bob Quinn and Head Coach Matt Patricia for helping to build a strong team over the past few years.

“I think we are lucky because I think we have talented players on this team who have a lot of courage,” Campbell said via Audacy.com. “That’s a good thing. I think there was a number – I said that when I walked in – there was a number of guys that were here.
“I think Patricia and Quinn did a great job – there is no poop here. There are no bad guys. These guys are working now. We don’t have guys, ‘I’m lazy. , blah, blah, blah. ‘ We don’t really have these guys. “
Campbell added that he was very lucky because that’s not always the case when a team hasn’t seen success in recent memory. Last year, the Lions finished with an appalling 5-11 record and a final place in the NFC North.
