Dance Moms fans welcome Abby Lee Miller back to television after prison and the battle against cancer

Abby Lee Miller is back, and the Dance moms coach did not change a bit.

Lifetime 's premiere of the reality show on Tuesday marked the first time Miller had returned to his own show for more than a year in prison for bankruptcy fraud charges, before learning that she had received a diagnosis of Burkitt's lymphoma.

While Miller had completed her chemotherapy treatment and the doctors had declared her cancer-free before returning to the Abby Lee Dance Company studio in Pittsburgh, she had always returned to paralyzed training from the cut.

But that did not stop her from telling these hard truths to her dancers, telling them to develop a thick skin before someone else "stabs" them into the heart.

"Everyone is replaceable," she told the children and their mothers.

The mothers of the dancers, however, seemed to feel a little more sympathy for the coach on her return than in the past.

"It's a little sad, in fact, she has suffered so much," said one mother. "I hardly know the lady, but it's sad that a person has gone through so many different things – losing her team and going through trial and jail, then as soon as she's out, to learn that She is suffering from cancer. "

"I think what aggravates the situation is knowing that so many people still want to see it fail," added another.
