6ix9ine faces another lawsuit.

On Saturday February 27, TMZ reported that Alexis Salaberrios, a Gold Rush Cabaret dancer in Miami, was suing the Brooklyn rapper over a bottle-throwing incident that resulted in a serious head injury. According to the lawsuit, filed on Friday February 26, Salaberrios’ legal team claim Tekashi was at the club on February 20. Instead of hitting its mark, the suit alleges that the bottle hit Salaberrios in his head and states that Tekashi shot “the deadly object with intent to cause serious injury.”

The victim reportedly went to the emergency room with his head injury requiring several staples. She sues Tekashi for aggravated drums. According to Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, his client is innocent of any wrongdoing. “Nothing happened with him”, says Lazzaro XXL. “There are video cameras in the facility. It’s an attempt to shake him up. If he’s served well, we’ll immediately get him fired.”

The alleged victim also partially places the blame on the club. According to documents, she is also suing the club for gross negligence, claiming they should have had more security on hand for an artist like 6ix9ine who is known to find himself in hostile situations.

XXL contacted the Gold Rush Cabaret for comment.

6ix9ine has been the subject of multiple prosecutions since his release from prison last April. Last December, victims of a theft in 2018 sued the rapper claiming he was part of a criminal conspiracy to have them robbed. Two months earlier, he had been sued by the woman who claims to be at the center of his sexual misconduct case in 2015.

6ix9ine has just released their new single, “ZaZa”.
