Key visual unveiled for the bonus board game
Spike chunsoft, Inc. began airing a trailer for the Danganronpa Decadence collection of games, and he also unveiled the key visual for the collection Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp bonus board game.
The game will be shipped physically on Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe on December 3. The collection will be launched in Japan under the title Danganronpa Trilogy + Happy Pack Danganronpa S: Chōkō kōkyū no Nangoku Saikoro Kasshuku November 4.
The collection will include the three main games in the series: Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, Danganronpa 2: Farewell Despair Anniversary Edition, and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition. The game will also include Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp, an extended version of Danganronpa V3: Kill Harmony Bonus board game with new scenes and interactions. All four games will also receive separate digital versions on the Nintendo eShop.
The game collection will receive a collector’s edition that includes a 10th anniversary poster with new artwork drawn by Danganronpa character creator Rui Komatsuzaki, a soundtrack remixed by Danganronpa music producer Masafumi takada, a set of lenticular prints and a collector’s metal box.
Spike chunsoft published Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, the first game of the trilogy, for smartphones in May 2020, and released Danganronpa 2: Farewell Despair Anniversary Edition for smartphones on August 20. The company released the Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition game for Android and iOS on May 26.
NEI America published Danganronpa 1 • 2 Reload for PS4 in March 2014 in North America and Europe. Spike chunsoft released the collection in Japan for Playstation Vita in October 2013, after the first release of the two games for Playstation Portable. NEI America published Danganronpa V3: Kill harmony for PS4, PS Vita and PC in September 2017. Spike chunsoft released the game in Japan for PS4 and PS Vita in January 2017. NEI America then pulled out a Danganronpa Trilogy collection for Playstation 4 in March 2019.
the franchise has sold 3.5 million copies worldwide and also includes a manga series, three animated TV series, an anime special and an original video anime (THIS) project.
