Thursday marked the third day that contender Brayden Smith dominated Danger!. The Las Vegas, Nevada political intern has opened a clinic and fans love him, but not just for entertainment. With only a few episodes remaining starring host Alex Trebek who passed away earlier this year, fans are happy that Smith was one of his last contenders.
”What a week this turns out to be on“ Jeopardy! ”Trebek says at the top of the show. “So I’m not going to say anything that might hurt him.”
Trebek marveled at Smith’s gameplay, especially his ability to daily doubles.
“I don’t think you missed any of the daily doubles that you discovered,” Trebek said. “And you’ve found them all in the games you’ve played.”
Fans took to social media to share their collective joy.

As he neared his third day, Smith had already accumulated $ 66,000. He had a whopping $ 36,400 for Final Jeopardy !, and despite a rare incorrect answer, he still walked away with a three-day total of $ 93,800.
While the money is great for Smith, fans would likely say they were the biggest winners, as they got to watch their beloved host celebrate one last big champion.
