In August, Spencer Elden – who was on the cover of Nirvana’s “Nevermind” album naked as a baby – filed a lawsuit against Grohl, the Kurt Cobain estate and several other associates with the rock group.

In the lawsuit, Elden claimed those named in the lawsuit sexually exploited him when they took advantage of his nude image. He also alleged that the image was child pornography.

Those facing litigation have remained relatively low-key since the news broke, but Grohl, who was the band’s drummer, broke his silence.
