In her post last week, Carpenter shared her own story of alleged misconduct from Whedon, who she said called her fat when she was pregnant, and asked if she was planning on babysitting her child when she was pregnant. ‘a private meeting.

Whedon “attacked my character, mocked my religious beliefs, accused me of sabotaging the show, and then unceremoniously fired me the following season once I gave birth,” Carpenter wrote.

Carpenter said Whedon “ used to be casually cruel ” and abused his power to manipulate people on set of the TV show.

Representatives for Whedon did not comment on Carpenter’s accusations or Buffy former Michelle Trachtenberg.
