David Bowie’s daughter Lexi Jones hits back at trolls online for swimsuit article

David Bowie and Iman’s daughter, Alexandria “Lexi” Zahra Jones, exposes her “perverted” online bullies.

On Wednesday, the 20-year-old took to social media to share a photo of herself wearing a “cowboy” one-piece swimsuit to her Instagram Story. Shortly after sharing with her more than 80,000 followers, the Bowie offspring hit back at an inappropriate response she received from an emboldened troll.

“Horny today, isn’t it?” an anonymous user wrote to Jones.

Jones responded by sharing the post of his story for his followers to see, along with a post aimed at haters.

“It feels good to love my body after years of hating and disrespecting it,” she began, before explaining that her post was meant to celebrate her self-esteem, not to sexualize. “No shame in liking how I look in my cowboy swimsuit, but too bad you can turn it into something so kinky and vulgar.” What a silly and sad trash that there are more people like you. Go fk yourself.

Jones led a much quieter and more modest life than his two iconic parents, but as the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Earlier this month, Jones, a booming artist in her own right, took to Instagram earlier this month to explain the impact art has had on her life.

“Art has been a rock in my life for as long as I can remember. I took art classes as a kid, always doodling or painting in those classes and in my spare time, ”she writes. “However, I didn’t get serious about art and only started to refine and find my style when I was in my teens. It was then that I developed a deeper passion and I knew I wanted to create and share my works with the intention of inspiring and pushing others to create theirs. “

Jones is the only child of Bowie and model Iman, but has two half-siblings from their respective previous marriages, Duncan Jones, 49, and Zulekha Haywood, 42.
