Nine of the Seahawks, 10 exclusive rights-free agents, signed their offer with the team on Monday.
The 10th and last player is ready to do it on Tuesday.
According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL network, the wide receiver David Moore is expected sign his offer tomorrow.
Former seventh-round pick of East Central Division II University (OK), Moore has captured 26 passes for a total of 445 yards and five touchdowns in his first season in the lineup. Seattle active team last year.
Most of Moore's production spanned eight mid-season games, scoring 22 catches, 413 yards and five touchdowns. He has only four receptions for a total of 26 yards over Seattle's last five games in the regular season and a playoff loss to Dallas.
