David Ortiz's first interview since filming says that he's almost dead

David Ortiz He broke his silence with the media since he was shot and wounded in the Dominican Republic and he gave an emotional interview … acknowledging that he had nearly died there.

The former Boston Red Sox slugger spoke with Univision during a session that was broadcast on Saturday in Spanish and answered a number of questions about the scary incident in his country last June – when he was ambushed and shot in the back in a club.

Big Papi described the initial sensation of the ball, indicating that he was feeling a burning sensation … adding that in the first five seconds he felt like he was in a living nightmare. He stated that the shooting had discouraged him because he had no problems with anyone.

Ortiz went on to explain that he had never lost consciousness when going to the hospital, but that he had lived an experience that he had not had. never felt before: trying to survive.

He says that he has never seen his life threatened before, and that he is sitting back to the street and no security around should be an implication … this is not something. one who would have never thought that he was in danger. Then comes the question of who did it … and why.

Ortiz says that he has no idea why someone would have wanted to kill him, reiterating again that he has no enemies. and no problem with anyone (especially with the criminals) who would bother him.
