Following a recent tease for the upcoming DLC in Dead by Daylight, one fan shares a humorous list of licensed killers he’d like to see next.

Intrepid fans dissected the clues in a split second from the teaser and came to some logical conclusions, though fans aren’t sure until Behavior Interactive makes an official announcement. Until then, fans have enjoyed speculating on top-tier horror IPs that could be added to Death by the light of day Next.
Reddit user “-Scolex-” has since put together a comprehensive wishlist of potential killers, some more obscure than others. Licensed characters on the roster include the main character Johnny Depp from Sweeney Todd: Fleet Street Barber Demon (2007) and Sam by Michael Dougherty Seasons greetings (1996) and Trick or treats (2007). Since the Wish List is also meant to include characters that they believe would never get the chance to be added to Death by the light of daylist of licensed killers, the wishlist creator also includes the killer and psychokinetic tire of Rubber (2010).
Death by the light of day fans rally behind Jack Torrance’s choice of Jack Nicholson to The brilliant, which the creator of the list has dubbed “the keeper”. Fans admit they would be interested in seeing the enigmatic Overlook Hotel implemented as an interior Death by the light of day card with gruesome visual images. At the same time, fans argue that Torrance’s character lacks any distinguishing traits that could make him quite a unique character. However, fans announce The thing (1982) as an exciting choice for the wishlist due to the play opportunities that an impostor killer would present in Death by the light of day. Either way, these slasher and psychological horror characters are loved by fans. Death by the light of day has tons of material to shoot for future DLC, given that IP addresses and characters don’t have restrictive property rights minefields.
