Dem Franchize Boyz lost one of theirs this weekend – Gerald "Buddie" Barre died of what appears to be cancer, according to the group itself.
The DFB published the sad news Sunday by writing on Instagram … "R.I.P. Buddie will miss you #demfranchizeboyz." Jermaine Dupri – who signed the band on his So So Def label in 2005 and pretty much went with their hit "Lean wit It, rock it wit" – also talked about Buddie's death and seemed to suggest that He had died of his cancer death.
