Like millions of Americans watching at home, Demi Lovato was horrified by the images of the siege on Capitol Hill. And like many others who have expressed their frustrations on social media, the pop star wants the nightmare to end, now.
Turning to Twitter, Lovato joined the chorus of calls for President Trump’s impeachment and vowed to turn his misery into new music.
“My heart is broken,” she wrote on Twitter. “It makes me sad to believe how naive I was to think that this couldn’t happen, and yet it did. Here we are. For all those who in my comments say “where is d7” or want me to sing instead of talking about what needs to change in this country … “
