From Hollywood to haute couture.

On Wednesday, Demi Moore surprised the Paris Fashion Week crowd with a runway appearance for the Fendi Spring 2021 show.

The elegant 58-year-old star opened the presentation in an off-the-shoulder plunge jacket and matching wide leg pants, as well as a pair of seriously impressive geometric earrings.

While the ‘Ghost’ actress made an appearance in fishnets and lace at Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty show last fall, the Fendi show marks her runway debut.

The presentation in Paris was also a first for Kim Jones, Fendi’s recently appointed artistic director of women’s fashion, who told British Vogue that her first collection was in part a tribute to “strong women, smart women who know this. that they do in their lives. “

It was not the first time that Moore had collaborated with Jones; she also posed for a portrait book in 2019 wearing a costume of her drawing.

The actress was in good company on the Fendi catwalk, as models such as Naomi Campbell, Cara Delevingne and Christy Turlington also walked in the show.

Kate Moss and her 18-year-old daughter Lila also appeared on the star-studded catwalk, marking young Moss’ second appearance at the fashion show.

“What I love most about Kim is his ability to take his family wherever he goes,” British model Adwoa Aboah told British Vogue of the casting choices. “He keeps such a wide range of people around him – artists, musicians, young people, everyone – that’s why his work remains so relevant.
