Candidates for the Democratic Party bid to fight against President Donald Trump's candidacy in 2020 gathered for an event in Iowa.
The Polk County Steak Fry arrives less than five months before the state caucuses – the first to take place nationwide in every presidential election.
The organizers of the event said that more than 12,000 people participated in the fundraising.
Of the 19 Democrats remaining in the race, 17 spoke Saturday.
