Denny Hamlin was disqualified from winning the NASCAR Xfinity Series in Darlington in the use at the highest level of the category's new approach to rule breaking until now.

Cole Custer, the Stewart-Haas pilot, inherited the win after Hamlin's exclusion.
Custer will win his sixth victory of the 2019 season, which connects him to Christopher Bell for the best of the series this year.
