The office declined to file charges “based on our review of currently available information,” according to a statement released Friday.

Police in Parker, a suburb southeast of Denver, admitted Miller was under investigation. Miller has not commented publicly on any part of the investigation, nor has he responded to requests for comment.
Neither the police nor the district attorney said what the investigation was for or what charges Miller may have faced.
