Houston Texans general manager Nick Caserio first spoke about the allegations against Deshaun Watson in a podcast interview released Tuesday.

There are nearly two dozen sexual misconduct lawsuits against Watson, alleging he was harassed, sexually assaulted and exposed himself to multiple massage therapists in the past year. Another massage therapist also recalled her experience in an interview with Sports Illustrated on Monday.

“It’s a legal process, so we’re certainly respectful of that,” Caserio said on the Texans’ All-Access podcast. “We certainly take them very seriously. The allegations, which has been discussed, are certainly troubling. Organizationally, it’s not something that we can tolerate, this type of action. But, again, , we will leave the legal process to fend for itself. “

The Texans previously issued a statement saying they were cooperating with the NFL investigation into Watson.

The woman who detailed her meeting with Watson in an interview with Sports Illustrated, identified as Mary, is reportedly not represented by Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing the other women who file complaints against Watson.

His experience was very similar to what is alleged in the lawsuits. She said her behavior was “inappropriate and unlike any other interaction.” She explained that Watson wanted to remove the towel that covered her groin area during the massage session. She also said she noticed “different fluids on her stomach” after Watson developed an erection and “pushed out air.”

“I just want a heartfelt apology, to us and our community, for putting us in these situations where we don’t know what to do,” Mary told Sports Illustrated. “There are so many people who are against us, who say, ‘Why would he do that? He has no reason to do this. He has a beautiful girlfriend; he’s got this, this, this, and that. All of these things are true, but fame doesn’t create character. “
