Destiny 2: Season of the Lost: quest guide in search of the stars

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost comes with a new quest, Tracing the Stars. Although it begins as a Legendary Quest, from its name it seems likely that it could be the originator of Ager’s Scepter Exotic Trace Rifle.

The quest will take several weeks, with each new quest stage being reset every week. The end of the first week quest shows three more drop points, so the quest looks like it can end on September 14.

To start tracing the stars, you’ll need to complete the Season of the Lost opening missions and unlock the HELM. Enter and interact with the compass in the Awakened Wing. You can add the quest to your inventory from this menu.

Trace the stars 1

Once you have collected Tracing the Stars 1 in the compass, go through the portal and talk to Mara. She will send you to collect five Atlas Skews from the City of Dreams. This week you will need to explore the Divalian Mists, Keres Spine, and the interior of the Lost Sector of Drowned Bay.

This first step will give you a Stasis hand cannon, the Vulpecula.

Divalian-Rheasilvia Road, Lower Cliffside

For this Atlas Skew, navigate the Divalian Mists and go left to Rheasilvia. But instead of following the path and entering the cave, fall off the cliff on the left and land on the small outcrop.

Pick it up Tilt of the Atlas and return to the Divalian Mists.

Divalian Way – Cimmerian, Central Cave

Of The Divalian Mists appear, move forward as if you are heading towards the Blind well. Instead of climbing the cliff and entering the heart of the City of Dreams, stay down and enter the small cave near the stairs.

Pick it up Atlas of obliquity at the back of the cave and return to the Divalian Mists.

Get on your Sparrow and return to the The Divalian Mists appear. Head inside the Lost Sector of Drowned Bay. Progress until you fight Scorn. Turn right in the rocks instead of being left in the water.

Pick it up Tilt of the Atlas next to the rock face and return to the Divalian Mists.

Oracle Orrery Spine

To manage to Rheasilvia again, but this time turn left and follow the cave to the Oracle and the islands scattered on the left side of the map. When you reach the Oracle, go up the stairs until you reach the top of the tower.

Take it Tilt of the Atlas at the end of the stairs and go back down to the Oracle tower. Not Return to the Divalian Mists this time.

Distant Spine Island Tree

At the foot of the Oracle Tower, move away from the Divalian Mists and in the he is where you first fell in the Dream city during the Abandoned campaign – the leftmost side of the card. Progress along the islands until you reach a tree.

Catch the final Atlas of obliquity and launch the special “A hollow crown»Mission to HELM.

When you land, listen to Mara and move forward. Throw your Atlas Skews in the Atlas Terminal to the left. Return to the normal version of the HELM and commune with the Compass again.

Pick up your sweet new Stasis Hand Cannon and come back next week!
