Destiny 2 Xur rental and items, March. 1-4

If you played reestiny, you may know Xur, the weekly exotic merchant. In Destiny 2he is back and he is now appearing all over the map. This week he's on Nessus. You can find Xur hanging north of the observer's grave, hanging on a tree.

Xur Nessus

Bungie / Activision

Xur's inventory this week includes the following:

  • The colony, exotic grenade launcher: 29 legendary shrapnel
  • Knucklehead Radar, Hunter helmet: 23 legendary shards
  • Blue helmets, titan legs: 23 legendary shards
  • Ahamkara Claws, Warlock's Gauntlets: 23 Legendary Flushes
  • Isochronic Engram: 97 legendary splinters

Xur's inventory is limited to 631 if you are at 650. He also offers specific rolls each week on each piece of armor, giving different benefits to the same pieces. We have highlighted the good results below.

THE COLONY

The colony is a new grenade launcher introduced into the Curse of Osiris expansion. Its exotic advantage, Insectoid robotic grenades, makes missed shots turn into small robots that track down nearby enemies. Its secondary advantage, Serve the colony, automatically reloads the clip if the weapon is stored for a short time.

This gun is extremely fun to use and gives a good boost in PvP. Like Sweet Business, Coldheart and some other weapons in Destiny 2The colony really feels like winning its exotic title. It's unique and it's a pleasure to follow you regularly. It does not matter what you like to do in Destiny 2Legendary Shards spent in The Colony will be well-spent Shards.

Knucklehead Radar

Knucklehead Radar is a powerful PvP Hunter helmet. Its exotic advantage, Improved sensor pack, will always provide you with a radar, even when aiming for sites. This is an excellent helmet in PvP or Trial, where your radar is extremely important. However, the MIDA and Ace of Spades multifunction tools have a similar advantage, which could make the helmet superfluous. Because of this, it is not as powerful as something like Foetracer. If you do not have this helmet yet, pick it up and keep it with you in a PvP emergency.

This week's roll: This week's roll has low mobility, average recovery, with a choice between recovery and resilience. Slot One offers melt shot targeting, handgun targeting, and manipulation – melee melee attacks deliver super energy. Slot two offers sniper rifle reserves and machine gun stores. This roll is not too serious if you like handguns. Remember to pick it up if you use this headset regularly.

This week's role:

Housing 1: Housing 1 offers fusion gun targeting, hand gun targeting, and manipulation – melee attacks grant super energy

Slot 2: Slot 2 offers sniper rifle and machine gun stockpiles

This roll is decent. Hand gun targeting is good if you like to use handguns. Machine gun stores are excellent in most activities. This roll is good but the exotic is mediocre. There are so many other elements that allow you to keep your radar. Unless it's missing from your collection, skip Knucklehead this week.

Blue helmet

Blue Helmets are for machine gun enthusiasts. Its exotic advantage, Mecha Holster, reload the machine guns when you store them and allow you to prepare them instantly. It's OK at best. If you like machine guns and want all the time to ride with one or even two, these pants are for you. If this is not the case, you will probably find something else that is worth your legendary splinters.

This week's role:

Slot 1: Dexterity of the Fusion Rifle, Hand Cannon Dexterity, Expansion (melee cooldown is reduced after use of Barricade)

Housing 2: Scout rifle scavenger, special ammunition finder

It's a bad roll of a very situational exotic. The peacekeepers use only machine guns, but none of these benefits really benefit a load that combines well with a GMS. If you are an ordinary machine gun user, you'd better pray for a random list of Blue Helmets.

Ahamkara claws

Ahamkara's claws are warlock's gauntlets added in Destiny 2S Warmind expansion. Their exotic advantage, Whispers, grant any Warlock who wears these gloves an additional charge in melee. Warlocks have quite powerful melee abilities. So these are great gloves if you like getting closer to your enemies.

This week's role:

Housing 1: Fusion rifle loader, handgun loader, impact induction (melee damage reducing grenade cooldown)

Slot 2: Scavenger sniper rifle, machine gun scavenger

This is a good result for a decent exotic Warlock. Hand guns are very popular and machine guns are useful in most situations. This exotic is fun and useful in some situations. If you have a habit of playing Titan and want to try to hit things with a warlock, take a look at these gloves.
