2:46 pm Detroit Lions start with mark 14

David Fales throws from his own goal zone but finds Jonathan Duhart on a 28-yard pass. A fall from Isaac Nauta marks the start of the match and there are 10 left at 2:08 of the match. Fales spills slightly Deon Alexander and takes fourth place. Jerome Cunningham ends the race with another drop for the Lions, who record a turnaround.

QB rookie Jordan Ta'amu bows out in the game for the Texans.

David Fales finds Brandon Powell on a 21-yard pass to begin training. Houston cornerback Chris Johnson is injured in the game. Things are resuming where Fales has stopped with a 14-yard pass for Isaac Nauta. Zach Zenner ran 14 yards before Fales found Powell for a 15-yard gain. It's three games, first three tries for Lions.

The series continues as Fales strikes Deontez Alexander for a 15-yard touchdown pass. (game in the study) Officials said Alexander was out of the end zone.

Second-year midfielder Mark Thompson scored for Detroit in the next play. Houston's linebacker, Jamal Davis II, is injured at the game. After the extra point, Texans 27, Lions 23

2:49 pm – Houston Texans start alone 18

An offensive pass interference starts the race for Houston on a deep Webb shot for Tyron Johnson. Chad Hansen, impressive, clings to the third and twelfth side lines to keep the Texans alive.

Houston makes another third run on Jordan Thomas for 14 yards. Running back Buddy Howell advances to give Houston another first goal on third base.

Howell adds two more first runs while the Texans walk on the field at a methodical pace. Florida Atlantic sophomore scored second and goal after four straight races to make it Texans 27, Lions 16

Third quarter

4:06 am Detroit Lions start on the 15th

Travis Fulgham with another first-strike shot for Detroit to preserve the Fales attack. Back-to-back penalties put the Lions with a 2nd and 34 of his 12 goals. Ryan Santoso starts playing bales again after the coach has escaped following the punishments.

6:52 am – Houston Texans start alone 25

Not much for Webb and the Texans after Detroit's long effort to tighten things up.

9:40 am Detroit Lions start at 6 (illegal two-team block called back)

The Lions defense was saved by what appeared to be a reversal after two awesome Reeves-Maybin games.

1:29 pm – Detroit Lions car starts autonomously 17

Josh Johnson stays in the post as the Lions try to get things done.

Texan midfielder Derrick Baity is called for defensive pass interference on a deep ball for Lewis, who advances the ball for 42 yards in Detroit. Rookie tight end T.J. Hockenson is then called for an illegal lock back play the next game in order to roll back the ball 15 yards.
