Devante Smith-Pelly, from Toronto, celebrates her 27th birthday on Friday. He had an amazing gift.
Smith-Pelly's hometown, the Toronto Raptors, won their first NBA championship by beating the 114-110 Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. The Warriors competed in the NBA Finals five consecutive seasons, winning three of their appearances.
DSP was in a bar with other Raptors fans and documented part of the celebration.

DSP first pointed out that it was the "best birthday of all time".
He added that I "never thought I would see this in my life".

The Raptors NBA Championship comes one year after DSP became the Stanley Cup champion with the Washington Capitals. DSP scored seven goals in the playoffs that year. He is an unrestricted free agent this summer.
