Devotion to deleted horror games is now digitally available for the first time in two years

Devotion, the horror game from Red Candle Games that was taken off the list in February 2019, is now available digitally and in a DRM-free format. Twitter, confirming that Devotion, Detention and all of its future projects will be available in its own Red Candle online store in the hopes of “providing a straightforward and easy shopping channel for players interested in our games.”
The devotion was taken from Steam in 2019 after users found an in-game Winnie the Pooh meme mocking Chinese President Xi Jinping. Red Candle apologized shortly thereafter, while saying she had no plans to reissue Devotion in the short term.

In 2020, Devotion was back in the news as Red Candle Games announced that Devotion will be making a comeback via CD Projekt’s GOG distribution platform on December 18, 2020.

However, GOG posted a message later today saying, “After receiving numerous messages from players, we have decided not to list the game in our store.”Now, after more than two years, those who want to try Devotion can finally do so once again.
