Morgan wallen was booted from almost every platform that played his music, but on Saturday night he had the biggest rig of all … and the crowd loved it.
Diplo headlining about 2,000 people at the WTR Tampa Pool, and around 1 a.m. he released his hit with Wallen, “Heartless.”
TMZ broke history … Wallen threw the n-word at a friend’s house on his way home Sunday night in Nashville, and the reaction was swift. His label, Big Loud Records, has suspended his contract indefinitely. It has also been removed from streaming radio on SiriusXM, iHeartRadio, Pandora, and other platforms. CMT has discontinued his performances and he is no longer eligible for the ACM Awards.

Although its radio broadcast has fallen 71% since the video’s release, sales of its album and song catalog have jumped from 5,000 on Tuesday to 22,500 after the video was released … an increase of 339%.
Wallen’s sister too wrote an emotional message, saying his brother is a good man with no malice in his heart and shouldn’t be defined by the worst times. Diplo clearly agrees.
