It's a sunny and happy weekend in the UK, which means you might want to close the curtains and play damn games. There is plenty to do for now: Resident Evil 2 is still relatively new, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is only a month old and Metro: Exodus is out recently. Oh yes, and here is a little game called ANTHEM.
Sammy Barker, publisher
I'm going to start over and over again with the increasingly difficult Trials Rising levels as I fight against frustration in order to give you an account.
Robert Ramsey, Assistant Editor
Everything revolves around ANTHEM this weekend, but despite a decent start, the game is already a little thin. The fighting is going well, but anything outside the gameplay seems to be lacking, and I see the loading of screens every time I close my eyes. Not a brilliant glimpse!
Stephen Tailby, Senior Writer
I'm going on a trip in the 90s this weekend because I've become great with ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove before the review. I think I will also finish Astro Bot Rescue Mission, one of the best games of last year, PSVR or not. If you can play it, play it.
Christian Kobza, critic
After winning platinum trophies in Kingdom Hearts III and Far Cry: New Dawn last weekend, I will end this weekend with Resident Evil 2 with which I explode thoroughly.
Lloyd Coombes, reviewer
This weekend, I will play a lot from ANTHEM. Despite its obvious shortcomings, I had fun so far.
Rebecca Stow, critic
I finally started playing Night in the Woods as the game celebrates its second birthday. This cartoon style independent game has surprised me with its incredible power of movement and relationship. The characters are struggling and the back stories showcase their actions and personalities and because of that, this game will stay with me for a long time.
A short WAYP but no less sweet this week for you, then. But what are you playing? What's stopping you from going out and absorbing good old vitamin D? Let us know in the comments section below.
