Disney Plus Reveals Full Line Of Star Movies And Shows

Disney plus Thursday unveiled the full list of movies and shows under its Star brand. Existing subscribers in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Canada will see the app added to the streaming service on February 23.

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden , Denmark, Finland and Iceland are the European countries that will see the app added to Disney Plus.

This is basically content from Disney TV Studios, FX Studios, 20th Century Studios, and 20th TV that is more suitable for adults, as opposed to content for all ages on the rest of Disney Plus. The company is also adding new parental controls, so you can keep your kids from wandering around.

In addition to the list of familiar movies and shows, Star will have original content (available on Hulu and ABC in the US): the teen drama Love, Victor, the Big Sky crime show, the animated series by Justin Roiland Solar Opposites and the Marvel Helstrom show. .

Also on the way are Dopesick, a mini-series starring Michael Keaton and Rosario Dawson, several FX series like The Old Man (with Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow), The Dropout by Kate McKinnon and a new Kardashian Jenners show.

It all comes at a cost though – Disney Plus is getting a price hike in those areas. In the UK it will drop from £ 5.99 to £ 7.99 per month, or from £ 59.99 to £ 79.90 per year. Current subscribers will pay the current price until August 23.
