Walt Disney World is bringing back ticket deal for Florida residents amid significant losses during the pandemic.
As part of its Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket program, the Orlando theme park is offering four-day access for $ 199. The pass grants access to all four theme parks, with entry limited to one park per day, possibly in hopes of boosting traffic during the gloomy winter months made worse by the COVID-19 health crisis.

Floridians can opt for a park pass for $ 241.50 or purchase a two-day pass for $ 149 (valid until March 11), or a three-day option for an additional $ 30 (179 $ per ticket).
Customers must register for online reservations in advance, wear masks in the theme park, and obey social distancing rules.

The park pass comes after an apparent rush to vacation to the theme parks at Walt Disney World. Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios were all booked on New Years Eve.

In November, Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Chapek said its Orlando-based theme parks would operate at 35 percent of capacity, according to local outlet WESH.

Theme parks across the country closed in March 2020, and many were unable to reopen during the summer and fall months.
Orlando-based Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon water park remained closed when Disney World reopened in July with reduced capacity. This year, Blizzard Beach is scheduled to reopen on March 7, nearly a year after it closed due to COVID-19, the Disney Park blog reports.
