District officials made the decision to close the schools after consulting with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, while a massive human hunt for locate an 18-year-old female gunwoman continues.
The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force of the FBI issued a notice on Tuesday describing Pais as "loving the shootout at the Columbine School". The alert indicates that the police who come into contact with her should detain her and assess her mental health.
