For the first time since May 2017, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa participated together in a team match.
The funny thing is that this DIY meeting took place on Monday evening. After Triple H announced that Gargano and Ciampa were among the four NXT wrestlers making their debuts tonight (18 February), former friends were put in a match against the Revival.

With regard to the Gross in Lafayette, Louisiana, they did not provoke any reaction from the team. Apart from a video package at the top of the series and a troublesome behind-the-scenes segment, the fans did not have much introduction to Ciampa or Gargano.
After a good ten minute contest, the DIY team won the victory over Gross tag team champions.

Using the logic of the WWE, a win over untitled champions usually equates to a future title match.
