DJI’s next FPV drone leaks again, this time in flight!

Once @OsitaLV starts up, he or she really starts up. And it still is, as leaks on a DJI FPV drone continue to light up Twitter.

Just when you think it’s time for some coffee, @OsitaLV pops up and you make other plans. In this case, another post with a new image of what is supposed to be a new DJI FPV product. It certainly isn’t like anything else the company has produced in the past, but we believe it is genuine. This is because the leaks about it started last summer and we’ve seen several images since. At least one was intentionally pixelated, but not this one.

And so, of course, @OsitaLV tweeted it.

We can’t tell you much more about this image. Colleague Josh Spiers has already written a longer article on What We Know Here. I added to that with some more speculation based on a previous image here.

And now?

It’s a waiting game. A wait for more leaks – and there will surely be more – as well as an official announcement from DJI. The company, like Apple, is notoriously tight when it comes to any official confirmation of new products. They just don’t tell us, until we’re a few weeks away. At this point, DJI normally provides websites like ours with a briefing based on a nondisclosure agreement. We cannot reveal – and never do – what we are told in these advanced briefings. Any leaks that may subsequently emerge as a result of these meetings are from other sources, and we make every effort not to add any information that comes directly from DJI.

And so? We are waiting. And you too.
