Do you want AirPods resistant to sweat? Apple has a surprise for you • Gear Patrol

Apple has finally released its second-generation AirPods – you can buy them right now on the Apple website – and many new features were expected: wireless charging, "Hey Siri" support and faster pairing. One thing missing? The new AirPods still do not resist sweat.

If you wait for sweat resistant AirPods, you may not be so lucky after all. 9to5Mac Images revealed the leak of the next generation of Powerbeats sports helmets, which would be called the Powerbeats Pro, on which Apple is currently working. They look like true wireless versions of the Powerbeats3 Wireless, which we named one of our favorite sports earphones.

You can expect the Powerbeats Pro to have the same H1 ship as the new AirPods. Thus, it will probably have many of the new features, such as "Hey Siri" support and faster coupling. It is probably safe to assume that the case will be compatible with the Qi as well, so you can charge them wirelessly. As the picture shows, the Powerbeats Pro will be available in black. Apple currently sells white and black and red variants of its Powerbeats3 Wireless. It is therefore possible to see these color options for the Powerbeats Pro also.

In terms of price, we think the Powerbeats Pro will cost more than the new AirPods with its new wireless charging box. When the Powerbeats3 Wireless went on sale for the first time, it was selling for $ 200. We therefore assume that the Powerbeats Pro will cost between 200 and 250 USD. Apple should unveil them in the near future.

Gear Patrol also recommends:
Wireless Powerbeats3 ($ 99)
Jaybird Run XT ($ 180)
Apple AirPods, 2nd generation ($ 200)
