Does the leader of grass type gyms in Sword And Shield tease the date of the next Pokémon Direct?

Remember the gym leader who looks a lot like a child in Nintendo's recent Pokémon Direct? In case you need to call him back, we're talking about the grass type expert, Milo, who is one of the eight leaders you'll have to defeat on your way to the Pokémon League of the Galar region.

Well, there seems to be a wild theory about this funny guy going around. A Pokemon fan who passes next to Twitter ActualAreo believe that the numbers on the back of this gym leader jersey are secretly referring to the date of the next Pokémon Direct. If this is correct, the broadcast should probably be posted on the last day of August.

As Aero explains in the tweet above, the number on the back of the main character's jersey in the first Pokemon Sword and Shield The trailer aligns with the original date of the sword and shield In the new trailer, the protagonist's jersey this time refers to June 5, which corresponds to the date from the last Direct.

If you are still not convinced, you are not alone.
