In the two weeks following the official announcement of his independent search efforts, Dog said he had gained invaluable information that he said would lead to Laundrie’s capture.

“Is he still alive? Oh yeah. Yeah, he’s alive,” Dog – real name Duane Chapman – told The Sun.

“Do they wish we thought he was dead? Oh yeah. Do they wish we thought his body was eaten by alligators? Oh yeah.”

He said he’s also become even more confident that Laundrie is responsible for Gabby’s death the longer he’s on the loose.

“At first I thought [Gabby’s death] was unintentional – unintentional in the second degree [manslaughter],” he said.

“Now the way he runs, I think it’s more than that.”

Laundrie had been traveling for weeks across the country with his fiancee when he returned home without her on September 1.

Gabby’s parents reported her missing on September 11 and her remains were found a week later in a Wyoming national park – when Laundrie was reported missing by her parents.

WALMART SURVEILLANCE

Dog said he spent a lot of time collecting surveillance video evidence that could help locate the laundry.

On Friday, he went to a Walmart where the manager granted him access to a 24-hour surveillance camera, he said.

He did not say if anything significant was found in the footage, but described a trash can under the camera as a “criminal smorgasbord”.

FIND FAECAL

Late last week, Dog announced that he had discovered a campsite potentially linked to the laundromat at the Fort de Soto campsite.

The site offered an important clue: poo.

Dog said he was disappointed to learn that DNA could not be recovered from human feces.

However, he said there were hopes the toilet paper used in the law had DNA on it.

“TERRIFIC” FACEBOOK POSTS

Dog gathered more useful information by browsing Laundrie’s Facebook page, where he discovered posts he described as “dark” and “demonic.”

“What [my wife] Francie and I found on Facebook that it is absolutely, I can tell, terrifying, ”he said.

He continued, “There are pictures of demonic angels standing there with the sword, and their throats are bleeding. There is blood spurting out of their eyes.”

He said that when his wife Francie saw the messages from Laundrie, they gave him “goose bumps”.

“I hope the jury who convicts him will have the chance to see what he looks like,” he added.

“SERIAL KILLER” BOOKS

Dog said Laundrie’s social media profiles also revealed his liking for “serial killer books.”

“The books he’s read are amazing,” he said. “This Brian kid took those books, obviously, to heart.”

“That’s what happens when your kid looks at that stuff, it’s understandable, and it’s demons and it’s blood and it’s this and it’s that, look what it led to. “

Dog said he believed Laundrie “didn’t just become a killer overnight,” but rather through the culmination of “demonic” things he was exposed to.

“A killer is made, and he is built, to be a killer,” he said. “He built himself to be that by watching stuff on the dark side.”

While Laundrie is seen as a person of interest in Gabby’s death, he has not been officially named a suspect by authorities.
