Dog the Bounty Hunter’s daughter, Lyssa Chapman, claimed she was asked not to share “active information” about the search for Brian Laundrie – as her father returns to Colorado after injuring himself in the ankle during the manhunt.

Chapman announced last week that “big news” would be released soon regarding the search for the 23-year-old fugitive, the only person of interest in the death of his girlfriend, Gabby Petito.

“Hi guys, i got blocked on twitter due to account security. I just got home. A lot of people ask me about my last tweet with big news ”, she said in a tweet Sunday. “I have been asked not to share active information due to the large amount of media surrounding the matter.”

She did not say who told her to keep her mom.

The reality TV girl also posted a black background on which she wrote, “I know I disappear a lot, I don’t always text back and I am distant. The truth is, I am a superhero.

Chapman said in another tweet that “it is common for us (including you all) to put so much heat on a fugitive that they dig up, he will reappear”, adding that “the bait is in place”.

Last week, she tweeted that she needed to “keep a low profile for now … trust the process.”

Meanwhile, Chapman also said his 68-year-old father – whose real name is Duane Chapman – “has returned to Colorado temporarily to run some business.”

She pointed out that Dog “was in Florida on his honeymoon”, add: “We are still actively seeking #BrianLaundrie, leaving a team in place in Florida. As always, anything I can share with you, I will.

His father’s team told the WFLA he was returning to Colorado to be examined by his doctor after injuring his ankle while searching for Laundrie.

“He is also raising money to pursue what he calls ‘expensive research’,” WFLA reporter Josh Benson tweeted.

“The team says he has built up a talented network of local team members that he calls the ‘Florida team’ who will continue to research while he is away. He says he will continue to process prospects in Colorado while he is there, ” he added.

Dog told The Sun his team received more than 3,000 calls – although he admitted the majority were fans saying, “Hello, we love the dog!” But the rest is “good enough”, he added.

“To have someone, no matter how [or] what degree, ”he told the media.

Laundrie disappeared from the family home in North Port last month after his parents claimed he went for a hike in the 25,000-acre Carlton Preserve, which authorities have been searching since September 18.

His parents, Chris and Roberta Laundrie, first told cops their son left home on September 14 – but they waited three days to report his disappearance despite the high profile surrounding him.

Last week, family lawyer Steven Bertolino then said in a statement that the laundries were wrong and said Brian actually left the house on September 13.

Brian had been wanted for questioning over Petito’s disappearance during the couple’s trip across the country – but had pleaded and refused to cooperate.

He had returned home without his 22-year-old girlfriend on September 1, nearly three weeks before his body was found at a Wyoming campsite on September 19.
