Donald Trump brags about Senator Bill Cassidy being harassed in the streets over impeachment vote

Former President Donald Trump addressed the crowd on the final day of the Conservative Political Action Conference with a few words for Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) who was one of seven Republican Senators who voted for to impeach Trump after the riots on the U.S. Capitol in January 6th. Calling Cassidy a “light,” Trump said Cassidy “can’t walk the streets of Louisiana without being told nasty things” because of Cassidy’s impeachment vote. Trump mentioned others in his speech, calling Liz Cheney a “hawkish” and further pushing the lie that he would have won the 2020 presidential election.
