Doom Patrol sets season 3 premiere date with trippy trailer

HBO Max is releasing a trippy trailer suitable for Doom Patrol Season 3 while also confirming the premiere date.

HBO Max has set a Season 3 premiere date for Fate Patrol with a new trailer.

The teaser sets the tone for what’s to come, including the introduction of the villainous Sisterhood of Dada, and ends by confirming that Season 3 will air on September 23.

Along with the teaser, HBO Max released the following synopsis for Season 3 of Fate Patrol:

Step through the looking glass with a gang of overpowered outcasts (including Matt Bomer as Negative Man, Joivan Wade as Cyborg, Brendan Fraser as Robotman, and more). Last seen at a decrepit amusement park where the chef (Timothy Dalton) saw his metahuman daughter, Dorothy (Abigail Shapiro) engage in a fiery confrontation with “The Candlemaker”, an ancient evil deity who will never back down at nothing to accomplish his world – end destiny, join the #Patrol of Fate for an action-packed third season.

In addition to the Sorority of Dada (Micah Joe Parker as Malcolm, Wynn Everett as Shelley Byron, Miles Mussenden as Llyod Jefferson, Anita Kalathara as Holly McKenzie and Gina Hiraizumi as Sachiko), Fate Patrol Season 3 will host the Dead Boy Detectives, with Ty Tennant as Edwin Payne and Sebastian Croft as Charles Rowlan, as well as Michelle Gomez as Madame Rouge.

Season 3 of Fate Patrol premieres September 23 on HBO Max.
