Dow Joins S&P 500 and Nasdaq in Record Territory as Stocks End Up Rising

Stocks ended higher on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average posting its first record close since Jan. 20 as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite each marked their third consecutive record. The Dow DJIA,
