Streams, broadcast and sales: “What’s Next” opens with 49.1 million US streams and 19,000 downloads sold in the week ending March 11, according to MRC Data. It also drew 11.9 million radio audience impressions in the week ending March 14.
“Wants and Needs” arrives with 41.5 million streams, 17,000 sold and 2.1 million on-air audiences, while “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” begins with 32.1 million streams, 15,000 sold and 869,000 in radio range.
As on the Hot 100, tracks start at # 1, 2, and 3, respectively, on the streaming song chart, where Drake widens his lead to the # 1 (10) and top 10 (51) more. On Digital Song Sales, they debuted at numbers 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
