Drew Barrymore reveals why she’s motivated to never do face work: ‘I’m a very addictive person’
Drew Barrymore has revealed that she has never done any work on her face and is hopeful that society appreciates the aging process more in the future.
“ I have never done anything to my face and I would like to try not to do it, ” she said on her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show. ‘Never say never.’
Drew, 45, fears that she becomes addicted to plastic surgery should eventually take this route.

Explaining her decision not to go under the knife, Drew revealed that she was motivated by her rebellion.
“I think because I’m so rebellious that I saw all this pressure and saw all these women torturing themselves to look a certain way and I thought, ‘You miserable.’ I just wanted to never be afraid of what life would do to me. I have probably gone to too many opposites, now I’m boring, safe, and healthy.
However, she hopes society embraces the aging process a bit more.

“ I would love if there was a way to let go and give in a little more to the turn of life. We’re going to get old, things are going to go south, and it’s fine, it’s part of life. I feel more human and more vulnerable each year of my life but I also know how to appreciate each year more and more. And I’m a little crazy.
Drew has previously discussed her reluctance to go under the knife, but won’t let anything stop her in case she changes her mind.
She also reiterated her gratitude for getting older.
“ I don’t want to be conceited or fearful and I don’t think I will do anything, ” she told Elle in 2010.

While she may have left the door open to cosmetic surgery, there’s one thing Drew is adamant she’ll never do again: get married.
“I will never be able to get married again, it’s true. I’ll never get married again, ”Drew insisted on his show.

Drew was first married to Jeremy Thomas in 1994, but filed for divorce less than two months after their marriage.
She was also married for just over a year to actor Tom Green, who appeared on his talk show last year.
Her last marriage to Will Kopelman lasted from 2012 to 2016, and together they share daughters Olive, eight, and Frankie, six.
