The Florida Highway Patrol report on the accident that caused the loss of Dolphins defender Kendrick Norton's left arm concluded that drugs or alcohol was not an important factor in the accident.

Through Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com, Norton was cited for an inappropriate lane change with respect to the accident, in which Norton's truck overturned at the small morning of 4th of July.

Norton parked in front of another vehicle, causing his truck to hit a concrete barrier and return. The driver of the other vehicle left without being injured.

The product from the University of Miami has undergone four left arm surgeries, and there will be others in his future because he is considering a prosthesis.

Since the accident, he has been speaking to social media supporters, thanking them for his support and asking them to donate blood.

An initial pick of the Panthers in the seventh round, Norton was removed from his training group in December.
