Both were charged with 60 counts of misuse of campaign funds and attempted concealment of illegal expenses.

"We are aware that Ms. Hunter has scheduled a hearing to change her plea," Gregory Vega, a lawyer representing the congresswoman, told Fox News in an e-mail.
