Durant, Curry and Thompson have been the pride of the Dub Nation at the 2019 All-Star Weekend

The All-Star 2019 weekend was an impressive demonstration of sublime skill, whimsical athleticism and dazzling show sense. Charlotte fans were stunned by the excitement, roaring with each bomb deep and emphasizing the real dunk. For the NBA's global fan base, it was a unique opportunity to see the possibilities of Hall of Fame talent and Harlem Globetrotter's artistic talent.

For fans of Golden State Warriors, the festivities were just another opportunity to watch their flex of the dynasty. Kevin Durant won the all-star MVP title, Steph Curry had a spectacular 3-point Shootout performance and Klay Thompson had 20 points in the All-Star game.

Let's see now how the heroes of the bay went to Charlotte and turned their joy into weapons.

"What is my name?" / KD gives Embiid business

Oh, did you think that during the first quarter of an All-Star show, Durant did not want to remind Joel Embiid to know his role?

Durant ranked Embiid as a take-away takeaway at 1am. KD whipped the ball from one side to the other, between his legs, stirring his shoulders with the ferocity of the rattlesnake spreading a deadly warning.

Embiid is put in a defensive position. The 76-foot, 7-foot center is proud of his blocking shot and is definitely looking to send KD's shot into the stands. Durant gave him no such opportunity, slipping into the paint, absorbing Embiid's physical contact before killing him with a fadeaway rider.

As the referees whistled to Embiid, Durant began woofing in the giant's face to add insult to injury. Durant reportedly told Embiid where he could go (hint, he was "outta there" LOL).

"More rebound of the ounce" / Steph serves Giannis with tremendo oop

KD, you know we love you, but Curry blew you up on that idiot alley.

SUPERMAN IS IN THE BUILDING! EVERYONE GO TO HOME!

I had no idea what Curry was doing when he suddenly stopped in the decisive game and sent the ball to the hardwood with all his might. The balloon flew high in the air, disappearing from the camera. Poor KD tried weakly to hit the ball; I do not think he knew what was going on until he jumped into the air.

That's when team captain Giannis Antetokounmpo appeared on the screen as a superhero jumping as high as he could. He was suspended in the air for an impossible amount of time, until the ball came back to Earth to send it with the power of a Kryptonian.

The roof came out of the Spectrum Center and I thought the players and fans would rage like a court as if it was a streetball match.

"Do not stay so close to me" / Steph puts Klay in the trap of deception

I'm not a supporter of Splash Bro on Splash Bro crime. But sometimes, big brother must let little brother know the time that it is. Before even addressing Steph's ignoble gesture with Klay, let's talk about defense. All true connoisseurs know that ALL starts with the D.

After Steph set the tone with that, it was only a matter of time before the basketball gods rewarded him with an offensive moment of greatness.

Whoa now Klay! Welcome to the bottom of the pool, baby!

(Warning: Klay had 20 points and cooked so do not think he was not busy)

"I'm Dreamin" / Curry puts the world in a trance in the 3 points contest

Just watch Curry in the first round of the 3-point Shootout. It's so cute.

Joe Harris won the contest, but Curry still left Charlotte a memorable one.
