Redskins coach Jay Gruden declared a quarterback competition, Dwayne Haskins, first-round pick, joining Case Keenum and Colt McCoy after an impressive start in the rookie camp.

Gruden said Haskins is at the "bare minimum" for now and still has a lot to learn.
