Dwayne Johnson replaced injured Kevin Hart as first guest of the first episode of Kelly Clarkson's show, which will debut on Monday, September 9th.
In a clip released today by the series, Clarkson informs the public of the studio about last minute formatting. She said that Hart was supposed to be his first guest, but after the September 1 car accident, "one of his good friends got taxed and I like him."

Hart was injured in a car accident last weekend when the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, in which he was a passenger, left Mulholland Highway and hurtled down an embankment. He subsequently had an operation on the back.
According to Clarkson show, Johnson returned early from his honeymoon to Kauai to replace Hart in the new syndicated day talk show.
