Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson gives fans a taste of his humor and extraordinary rise to stardom in new teaser for NBC’s Young Rock

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has enjoyed a rise to fame and fortune, and his formidable years are now recounted with a heavy dose of humor on the new sitcom series, Young Rock, on NBC.
And on Saturday, he gave his fans a preview of the upcoming series with Adrian Groulx playing him at the age of 10; Bradley Constant steps in as his 15-year-old version; and Uli Latukefu plays his personality from 18 to 20 years old.

“Ladies and gentlemen, here is your first look at @nbcyoungrock,” he began in the teaser caption.
Young Rock takes viewers on a journey of his humble beginnings as a schoolboy who skillfully gives a nod and a nod to his future endeavors, most notably his company in the tequila business.
“ I really wish my dad was there to see this one. Maaaaan, he would have been proud. And yes, I was clearly hitting puberty at 15 and becoming a tequila mogul at age 10.
With excitement evident in his voice, he added, “ I can’t wait to make you and your families laugh a little bit and share a few life lessons I learned along the way. ”

Stacey Leilua plays her mother Ata Johnson.
According to Deadline, Johnson will “appear in every episode” of the series.
Young Rock is scheduled to air on NBC on February 16, 2021.
