The Philadelphia Eagles are 2-2 in the first four games of their 2019 schedule after escaping Green Bay with a BIG win over the Packers on Thursday night. Final score: 34 to 27.
Read on for a recap!
FIRST QUARTER
Draw: Packers win the draw and choose to differ. The Eagles are the first to attack for the second week in a row.
Eagles 1st training: Miles Sanders is queuing for the kickoff, even though Corey Clement is in good health. It's still a touchback. Sanders realizes the first report on four meters despite a huge hole. Jordan Howard wins the second port for a piece gain and a first try. Good start. Carson Wentz hits high in the first attempt, makes a pass without a win in the second try, and throws too high while aiming for Zach Ertz in the third attempt. I have to be more precise than that, Carson.
1st player packers: The Packers take the lead on their own 11-yard line after Rudy Ford made a great punt attack. Aaron Rodgers' first pass is not a winning one, but Derek Barnett runs with a late helmet strike that causes Jamaal Williams to extend the pitch. Barnett's had really stupid punishments this season and this one is going to be fined. Fortunately not to be ejected, really. Sidney Jones gets burned by Davante Adams on the sidelines to give himself a goal. Aaron Jones takes him for the hit the ground as Jones finishes but can not get him down before the goal line. Eagles 0, Packers 7.
It looks like Aaron Rodgers has planned to go to Davante Adams from the start. Simple look with male coverage of the defense and Adams has a positive match. Easy for Rodgers. pic.twitter.com/lux4ozFnD0

Eagles 2nd drive: Howard takes two races to bring back the 3rd and 3rd. The big back works well. Wentz hits Ertz for a first try. The second pass from Wentz for Mack Hollins is incomplete because the receiver is easily pushed out of bounds and abandons anyway its course … cool! Wentz tries to qualify for the first goal, but he stops well. The Eagles opted out of 4th and 3rd in the Packers 47-yard line. Low! Why is Doug Pederson not going there?
Packers 2nd player: The Packers are reduced to 1 and 20 after offensive pass interferences. It does not matter, however, as Zach Brown imposes a (low) penalty on the facemask and the Packers are released on bail. Incredible as it was a face mask and Miles Sanders got ripped off his helmet in the third week was not. The Packers outrun the midfielder while Avonte Maddox now plays in the outside corner in place of a wounded Jones. Rodgers easily moves the Packers to the Eagles' 23-yard line at the end of the first quarter. Rodgers already had flashbacks separating Jim Schwartz's defense in 2016. 10/10 for 129 yards!
SECOND DISTRICT
Packers 2nd drive (continued): Andrew Sendejo is doing something good for once (!) And is inclining a third Rodgers dive to split a possible Packers touchdown. Great stop by the defense. Eagles 0, Packers 10.
Eagles 3rd drive: The Eagles take over the Packers 34-yard line after Sanders returned 67 yards. Essential game of the rookie! Wentz to Ertz for a first run. Wentz throws Alshon Jeffery a fade that passes into the hands of the receiver but would have been difficult to reduce anyway. The Eagles are preparing a first screen with Dallas Goedert to set the first goal. Great call from Dougie P. Wentz to Jeffery in the end zone for a touchdown! But no, Zach Ertz is reported for offensive pass interference and he is eliminated. Ugh. Terrible call! Pederson is challenging the penalty … and … she's upset. Stupid enough, the Eagles had to spoil a challenge in this regard. Always, excellent response by special teams and the offensive. Eagles 7, Packers 10.
3rd player packers: The eagles could really stop here. Sendejo (!) Takes the defense for a good start by making a tackle for loss. The Packers fill a pass to bring the 3rd and 10th. Rodgers shoots Kamu Grugier-Hill offside for a free game and Maddox is reluctant to cover Adams to allow another game of play to play Packers. Rodney McLeod only makes matters worse by making a facsimile of Adams. The Eagles cornerbacks are a right basket right now. The Packers rank 3rd and 2nd in the red zone and Rodgers' pass is not complete, Douglas having a good cover over Adams. So, the Eagles have finally found someone who can cover tonight? The Packers give another goal on the field. Eagles 7, Packers 13.
4th training of the Eagles: Mason Crosby, who shoots his out-of-bounds shot, allows the Eagles to start on their own 40-yard line. Nice gift from Green Bay. Sanders has two runs to make 3rd and 1. Wentz sneaks serenely and has clearly come down after the first goal, but referees claim that he fumbled for some reason. Just horrible officer. The game is automatically examined and easily reversed. Wentz somehow escapes Za'Darius Smith's bag which has not been blocked and throws incomplete to Goedert, but the Packers are reported for a late blow. Sanders accumulates nine yards on the first attempt and loses a yarder on second base to bring the 3rd and 2nd points back to the Packers' 26-yard line. Wentz hits Ertz for a first run down the red zone. Wentz runs and slides to pick up five meters. Sanders takes the guts to bring 3rd and 1st places. Wentz sneaks again and that's the first goal of the 3-yard line. Wentz's first try is wide, but he comes back and hits Goedert for the touchdown. Boom! The eagles lead. Packers are lagging behind for the first time since their first 3-0 loss to the Bears in the first week. Goedert celebrates with a Lambeau Leap! Eagles 14, Packers 13.
4th player packers: ALERT – Daeshon Hall is on the defensive! But who cares! Because it's Derek Barnett who offers a gigantic backpack for the recovery of Brandon Graham! Invert the Super Bowl LII! Huuuge play!
Eagles 5th drive: The Eagles take over the packers' 17-meter line. Jordan Howard takes a big line to the end zone but can not miss the last defender as he attacks to bring back the 1st and the goal of the 4-yard line. Howard makes another postponement to bring back the 2nd and the goal of the 1 meter line. The third time is the charm for Howard since he is heading easily to the end zone. Super trick by the offensive line. I would have liked to see the Eagles make it a two-player game by opting for the conversion of 2 points. Jake Elliott for the PAT. Eagles 21, Packers 13.
5th player packers: Rodgers completed a pass on 3rd and 6th place to place the Packers in the end zone. And then, he finds a wide open receiver in the end zone for a touchdown. Jim Schwartz's blitzes are burned again. Let me come back to this tweet from last week. Eagles 21, Packers 20.
Anecdotally, I feel as if the Eagles' defense was playing the worst after an offensive TD that was so badly needed. Punch.

Eagles 6th drive: The Eagles get on their knees to finish the first half.
THIRD QUARTER
6th player packers: Douglas is called for pass interference after clearly pushing Adams. Another free first for the Packers. Green Bay ranks 3rd and 7th and Rodgers broadcasts the film but it is incomplete, Maddox having a restricted coverage. Too tight, however, as Maddox puts his hand on the receiver's chin and Matt LaFleuer throws a challenge flag for pass interference. But, wow, the decision on the ground is maintained and the Packers have to ping. The Eagles have the chance to get away with that one.
Eagles 7th training: It would be a good time for another Eagles touchdown. Alshon Jeffery has an oblique reception for a first hand-struck by Kevin King. Regardless, Wentz connects to Mack Hollins for a first run. Wentz finds Jeffery very open on the center as the Eagles get closer to the penalty shootout. The offensive is really by clicking here. The Eagles are organizing an interesting play by simulating an exchange with Howard, rolling Wentz to the right and sending Howard back to a screen. The Eagles return to a WIDE OPEN Howard for a touchdown. Too easy! Pederson has just plotted the Packers defense for the moment. Eagles go for two this time! But Wentz's fade to Jeffery is abandoned. Ugh. I like the decision, but you do not like this game. Eagles 27, Packers 20.
7th player packers: Josh Sweat proposes a BIG tackle against the defeat. The Packers find some for Adams and make a third and a third. Rodgers' third pass is … almost captured by Nigel Bradham! Man. It would be gone for six. Instead, he is abandoned. Bradham must think he's an Eagles catcher or something.
Eagles 8th drive: Can the Eagles make it a two-player game from their own 16-yard line? Wentz is almost blitzed but he is able to get an incomplete pass. Sanders runs to bring 3rd and 5th. Wentz calls a waiting time. Wentz's third try for Jeffery is incomplete because the receiver is locked by King; would have run out of sticks anyway. Opportunity missed by the offense.
Packers 8th player: Graham arrives at Rodgers and can not shoot him, but Rodgers must throw the ball. The Eagles' pass comes closer to Rodgers, but he catches Fletcher Cox (oof) and runs away for a first run, then a few. Graham proposes a big tackle for the defeat, because it is blocked. The Packers really help the Eagles by throwing the ball. The packers arrive at 3rd and 7th places, the Eagles really need a stop here. They do not understand that Rodgers is chasing another first goal, Maddox is beating again. Packers move in the red zone. Schwartz blitz again Rodgers and Rodgers beat him again by lugging a pass to Jimmy Graham, who smokes Sendejo for the touchdown. Bad behavior, defense! Eagles 27, Packers 27.
Eagles 9th drive: Sanders explodes for a big race but can not miss the final defense. The Eagles outperform the midfielder with a Wentz finish at Ertz for a first try. Wentz gives Jeffery a chance to make a jump and the receiver closes his hands too early before the ball reaches his destination. The Eagles claim the interference of the pass, but the decision is maintained, which is the right choice. Would have been such a weak IP. Bad challenge and there is only one time left to the Eagles. Not ideal. On the 3rd and 10th, Wentz returns to Jeffery for a first try. Redemption.
FOURTH TRIMESTER
Eagles 9th training (continuation): Howard makes a big run in the middle to give the Eagles the first goal in the 2-yard line. The offensive line is just kicking ass tonight. Howard is touched by the goal line but makes a second effort to enter the end zone. His third touchdown tonight. Huge workout. Eagles 34, Packers 27.
Packers 9th player: Packers easily drive past the midfield. Zach Brown is punished for his useless brutality … ANOTHER stupid penalty on the part of the defense. Packages are in the range of goals. Maddox divides a throw to Adams in the end zone to raise the third and sixth. Rodgers hits Adams to set up a goal and a goal. Maddox is called for pass interference in order to bring back the 1st and the goal of the 1 yard line. So … a lot … of defenses … of penalties. Rodney McLeod divides Rodgers striker Jimmy Graham. Brandon Graham lobbied Rodgers for him to complete the third goal. The Packers simulate a transfer and Rodgers throws it to score the 4th goal. Can the Eagles make a huge stop? Yes, they can! Graham failed to take a hand in the end zone when the Packers turned the ball over. HUUUUUUGE stop by Schwartz's unit.
Eagles 10th drive: The Eagles rack up seven yards in a Howard race. Room of the breathing. Howard makes another postponement for a first try. The Eagles actually call a pass and Wentz hits a wide open Ertz for a first try. The Eagles pass easily to midfield. Wentz gives Howard too much air and it's a hospital ball as he gets fired and has to leave the match. Wentz opens Jeffery in 3rd and 5th places but he throws a duck. Ugh. Two bad throws from Wentz and the Eagles have to do a punt. Missed opportunity to tidy up the game
Packers 10th player: The Packers get a hitch where the ball bounced off the ground, no challenge from Doug. Fletcher Cox is limping and the Eagles have more than Hassan Ridgeway and Akeem Spence in the defensive attack. This is not good! Meanwhile, the Packers pass in front of midfield. The Packers rank 3rd and 8th with 1:59 to settle. Cox is back in the game now. The eagles need a stop. They do not have it. Johnathan Cyprien is in a position of interference. Packers are 1 and 10 from the Eagles 35-yard line. The Packers enter the red zone. Sendejo is preparing a huge success … on Maddox. Helmet helmet. Now the Eagles are only Rasul Douglas and Craig James, their only healthy corner players. Just remember that Sedenjo will cost the Eagles a fourth round pick if it is part of the lineup after the 10th week. Maddox must be lying out of bounds as the Eagles' bench is coming to the field to see him go. James is in the game because the Packers have the first goal. The Packers run the ball. Then Rodgers throws the ball into the end zone and James deflects the ball … IN THE HANDS OF BRADHAM! SENSATIONAL. THE EAGLES WIN!
Eagles 11th drive: Formation of victory!
FINAL SCORE: 34 to 27
Damn, the Eagles have really won!
