Echo Wall Clock's revenue is back after Amazon resolves the connectivity issue

In September 2018, Amazon unveiled Echo Wall Clock, a new connected device from its Echo product line. The device was only available for purchase shortly before Amazon was selling the product in January. According to the company, it had suspended its sales in order to solve a connectivity issue reported by its customers, which is partly reflected by some of the low reviews of the device on Amazon.

Although the Echo wall clock never went out of the Amazon store, customers were not able to add it to their shopping cart when sales were interrupted. This has changed and Amazon customers have noted that they can buy the device again. It is priced at $ 29.99 USD.

According to the customers affected by the problem, the Echo wall clock was having trouble connecting to the Echo devices, which instead made users see a red light. It seems that removing the batteries would temporarily solve the problem, but soon enough, the connectivity problem would reappear, leaving users without the most important features of the clock.

Echo Wall Clock works with a compatible Echo device, using LED lights to display convenient timers when cooking. The clock supports the display of several timers at a time, indicating both the duration and the remaining time via each LED positioned around the inside edge of the device.

Echo Wall Clock also uses the Echo paired device to automatically synchronize its time and adjust the summer time. Regarding the design, the clock measures 10 inches in diameter and runs on four regular AA batteries. The model is again available for purchase from Amazon and, hopefully, will no longer have connectivity issues.
